Welcome to Fulgira. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fulgira website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Fulgira Celestial Skincare ("Fulgira," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fulgira Celestial Skincare. By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display product colors, descriptions, and ingredients accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects the actual product.
All skincare products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Conduct a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if you experience irritation.
Fulgira products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your payment method. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our express written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g., personal, non-commercial viewing).
The name "Fulgira" and associated branding are proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fulgira and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@fulgira.com to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in Houston, Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to your use of our Site or products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
