Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy exists so you know exactly what to expect.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Unopened products: Returned within 30 days of delivery in original, sealed packaging.
  • Defective products: Products that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described — reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item, we will refund or replace it at no cost to you.
  • Lost in transit: Orders confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Products marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Products returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Buyer's remorse without a product defect (we are happy to help you find the right product instead)

Refund Process

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email hello@fulgira.com or use our contact form within the applicable window. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged products, include photos.

Step 2 — Return Authorization

We will respond within 1–2 business days. If your refund is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship products back without an RA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with your RA number visible on the outside of the package. For defective or incorrectly sent items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Step 4 — Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timelines

After your refund is approved and processed by us:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit cards: 3–5 business days

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order. Our team is happy to help you find the right product for your skin concerns — just reach out.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel, email hello@fulgira.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it following our standard return process once it arrives.

This Refund Policy is provided in compliance with Stripe's merchant requirements. By completing a purchase on this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
