1. Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when we expand.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. During peak periods (holidays, new product launches), processing may take 2–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We work with multiple carriers to find the best rate and speed for your delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the date your order ships (not the date it is placed). Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Factors that may affect delivery time include:

  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Carrier delays during peak seasons
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
  • Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package:

  • Directly on our Order Tracking page
  • Through the carrier's website using your tracking number
  • Via the link in your shipping confirmation email

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

4. Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

What We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Gift cards or digital items
  • Sale or final sale items (marked as such at purchase)

5. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email hello@fulgira.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 2: Ship It Back

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items (see below).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for lost orders).

Email hello@fulgira.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (for damaged orders)

For verified damage or loss caused by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Products that have been used, even once
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging (unless received that way)
  • Promotional or gift items (unless defective)
  • Products marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
