About Fulgira
Fulgira is a luxury skincare brand rooted in ritual, science, and the belief that how you care for yourself matters. We're based in Houston, Texas, and we make products that are designed to be felt — not just applied and forgotten.
The name Fulgira comes from the Latin fulgere — to shine, to radiate light. Every formula we create is built around that idea: efficacious, sensory-rich skincare that earns its place in your routine.
Yes. Fulgira products are never tested on animals. We are committed to cruelty-free practices throughout our supply chain and formulation process.
Most of our products are vegan. Each product listing includes a full ingredient list — we encourage you to review it if you have specific concerns. When in doubt, reach out and we'll clarify.
We source ingredients that have scientific backing first — peer-reviewed actives like niacinamide, retinol, and peptide complexes form the functional core of our formulas. Beyond efficacy, we select ingredients based on skin tolerance, sensory quality, and sustainability of sourcing.
We avoid known irritants and hold our suppliers to a standard of transparency. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are available on every product page.
Products

Our formulas are developed with skin tolerance in mind, but individual reactions vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin or known reactions to specific ingredients.
Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours. If you experience redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our waitlist to be among the first to know when it launches.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging with their seal intact.
To start a return, email hello@fulgira.com with your order number. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
We're so sorry if that happened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
