About Fulgira

Built from stillness, from study,
and from the quiet conviction
that care should feel intentional.

A Practitioner First

Before Fulgira was a brand, it was a practice.

Before Fulgira was a brand, it was a practice. A daily devotion of touch, observation, and intention — the kind you build when you've spent years studying how the body holds memory, how skin responds to stress, and how the moon's rhythm mirrors our own.

Our founder came to skincare through wellness: breathwork, lymphatic massage, the slow architecture of healing. She noticed that most products were designed to be used quickly, forgotten, repeated. Nothing was designed to be felt. Nothing was designed to be a moment.

From Houston's rich confluence of cultures — its heat, its hospitality, its stubborn resilience — she began formulating. Not for the shelf. For the pause before the mirror. For the skin that carries you through everything.

Fulgira is her answer to the question she couldn't stop asking: what if skincare asked something of you, too?

Fulgira serum texture — golden botanical serum with clean, luxurious finish The Formula

Rooted in What Actually Works

Every Fulgira formula begins with actives supported by published research — ingredients with documented efficacy in peer-reviewed studies — then is built around how it feels to use. Our products — CEF 20% Vitamin C Serum and Radiant Bloom — are formulated to this standard. Because skin that feels cared for responds differently than skin that was merely treated.

  • Vitamin C — 20% L-Ascorbic Acid with alpha-tocopherol to prevent oxidation and maximize bioavailability
  • Niacinamide 10% — Multi-function active for tone, texture, and barrier support
  • Peptide Complex — Signal peptides for collagen messaging and skin elasticity
  • Ectoin — Clinically validated stress-protection molecule with published studies
  • Tranexamic Acid — Brightening active with evidence for tone improvement
  • Barrier-Conscious Base — Silky, low-tack finish that absorbs cleanly without disrupting the microbiome

Lunar-Aligned
Formulation

The moon governs tides, sleep, and the way water moves through the body. Fulgira formulas are developed with intentional timing — an homage to ancient ritual and the quiet wisdom of celestial cycles.

Every serum is calibrated with purpose and patience, honoring the moments when skin is most receptive to receive.

"The best time to apply your serum is when your skin is most receptive."

Breath & Serum

Skincare is most effective when applied with presence. Two slow breaths before your serum — that's not ritual for its own sake. It's the mechanism by which the formula works best. Begin now.

Skincare as sacred devotion,
not another task to complete

Science Meets
Sensory Craft

We don't choose between efficacy and experience. Every formula begins with actives backed by published research — then is built around how it feels to use it. The weight. The finish. The scent that lingers at the edge of perception. Because skin that feels cared for responds differently than skin that was merely treated.

Intention
Over Habit

Habit is automatic. Devotion is chosen. We design every product, every texture, every moment of resistance in a cap or closure to create a deliberate pause. Two minutes at the mirror, fully present. That's not self-care marketing — it's the mechanism by which the product works best.

Fulgira

from Latin fulgere — to shine, to flash, to radiate outward

We chose a name that carries its meaning in the sound of it. Fulgira — to flash, to gleam, to radiate outward. The same light that moves through the sky is the same light that catches in healthy skin.

It is a celestial word for something grounded: the glow that isn't cosmetic. The one that comes from actually caring, from the inside out, from the nightly devotion held even when no one is watching.

We built this from Houston — a city that understands scale, heat, and the peculiar ambition of those who build things that were never supposed to exist here. We're taking it everywhere.
